I have an undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN and a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Trevecca University.
In 2006 I founded the Counseling Ministry at Grace Chapel Franklin where I served for 15 years, specializing in emotional, relational, and spiritual healing as well as a full spectrum of mental health issues. As a result of my own personal and professional experiences, I am passionate about helping others find healing and wholeness in their lives as they learn to embrace a life of abundance and peace.
In addition to my book, ‘Peace For A Lifetime: Embracing a Life of Peace Through Emotional Abundance,’ I have been a contributor to both the American Association of Christian Counselors, and the International Christian Coaching Association. My articles have been featured at iBelieve, Crosswalk, (in)courage.me, Purposeful Faith, Arabah Joy, and Life Letter Cafe. I also love to teach and speak in churches, women’s groups, and schools throughout the country.
My office is located in Franklin, TN.
